Job Title: Real Estate Development Manager

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.

Description:   The qualified candidate will be responsible for site selection and market development in this area. Must possess strong communication, negotiation and sales skills. The preferred candidate will have leasing and multi-unit retail site acquisition experience as well as an understanding of the construction and entitlement process.

Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 1-3 years experience in commercial real estate and/or construction.
