No Cost - We Pay for Everything. You Pay for Nothing

Watermill Express is unique from other retail concepts in that there is no cost to the Landlord. We do not ask for a tenant improvement allowance or other leasing incentives. We pay for all costs associated with the installation and operation of our facility including construction, permits, utilities and maintenance. All we require is a small, unused portion of your parking lot.

Once installed, our 42 square foot vending unit takes up less than two parking spaces but pays big benefits in additional customer traffic. Our typical location is visited by over 100 customers every day. Many of these are new customers to your shopping center.
