2006 Scholarship Program

On November 14, 2006 Watermill Express honored 10 deserving 4th grade Rio Grande Valley, TX students for their outstanding achievement in the 1st Annual Watermill Express Scholarship Program. They were selected based on an essay discussing the importance of Reducing, Reusing and Recycling.
